Please follow these instructions to book your appointment:

1. Select the date and time that works best for you from our calendar. Please note that you will have to go through the calendar to select each individual date you are interested in participating for.

2. You will then be prompted to create a Jane account. Please do this.

Please note that final year Kinesiology students that have completed work Integrated placements conduct exercise assessments under the supervision of a licensed physiotherapist. In addition BWP Kinesiologists, Exercise Physiologists and Physiotherapist may also conduct assessments.

Privacy Notification: Your personal information is collected under the authority of section 26(c) of the Freedom of Information and Protection of Privacy Act (FIPPA). This information will be used to assess, treat, and make appropriate recommendations for you. Questions about the collection of this information may be directed to brain.wellness@ubc.ca.
